Delivery & returns info

All of my products are designed and hand printed to order here in my little home office at Tag Along. Once payment has been received, either online or via invoice, work on your order will commence. I aim to send orders out within five working days, though this can occasionally take a little longer during busy periods.

To keep things simple, all orders are subject to a flat rate of £4.25 P&P for tracked Evri courier delivery. Delivery usually takes around 3-5 working days after dispatch.
 

Because your order is made specially for you, I can only accept returns if there is a fault with the product itself, not if an incorrect design has been approved and subsequently printed. In the first instance, please email me at alison@tagalong.online and I will do my best to help.
 

If a return is necessary, I’ll provide a postal address for you to send the item to. A full refund will be issued once

the item has been received and assessed.
